SQLified is built and maintained by Octet Software, a small independent studio — so when you email us, a real person reads it. Whether you're stuck on a conversion, hit a bug, or have an idea for a feature, we'd like to hear from you.

What to include

To help us help you faster, a short message with any of the following goes a long way:

• What you were trying to do (e.g. the format and target database).
• What happened versus what you expected.
• Your browser and operating system, if it's a bug.
• A small, non-sensitive sample of the file, if relevant — never send data you can't share.

Response time

We usually reply within a couple of business days. SQLified runs entirely in your browser and doesn't require an account, so there's no login or password we can reset — most questions are about conversion output, dialects, or large-file handling, and we're happy to walk through any of it.

Billing & refunds
